This simple, seven minute workout works every muscle in your body, gets your heart-rate up, and even gets you sweating. I love this workout because it’s easy to fit in when I’m traveling or I can knock it out early in the morning before getting everyone up for breakfast.
Each exercise is 30 seconds with a 10 second resting period in between.
- Jumping Jacks
- then to a Wall Sit
- Step Into Chair
- Tricep Dips
- High Knees/Running in Place
- Push Ups with Rotation
- Ending with a Side Plank for 15 seconds on each side
